Central Ave. Division (West)
The western (left) section of the Central Avenue Division extends down the left side of Central Avenue from the main gate house to the end of the road. This section contains the grave of the only individual buried in Rose Hill who is not a person, but rather a dog. "Lt. Bobby's" grave can be found adjacent to the Dunlap Mausoleum. The grandparents and great-grandparents of Sidney Lanier are buried in this section as well as the founder of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Nathaniel Harris.
